Val and the rest of the staff were amazing and our wedding last Saturday couldn't have been better. The entire staff was always there to answer any questions that we had and were always friendly. We had numerous compliments on everything from the facility, to the food, and the staff. We even had a guest that said they would definitely give his daughters the option of having their weddings at the Radisson someday. We went to a few places when looking for a venue for our wedding and nothing came close to the Radisson. Thank you so much for all that you did to make our wedding the best!

I just wanted to send you an email and tell you what a great great wedding it turned out to be. Everything was perfect! I have not talked to anybody who attended the wedding that didn't say it was one of the best weddings they ever attended. And for sure the food at the cocktail hour was AWESOME. A number of people said to me that was a great dinner. So on behalf of Kevin, Megan and the Stevens/ Palmer family I thank you for everything and for being an absolute professional organization that knows how to throw a great wedding and party. I would recommend the Radisson to anybody that is looking for a place to host a wedding.
Please pass this along to everybody who was involved with our wedding.

Thanks again
John

Dear Valerie and Staff,
Just wanted to take a moment to thank each one of  you for all the hard work you do to make wedding days so special.  I could not have been happier with the way it all turned out.  I was so pleased with the staff, the venue, the food,  and the overall professionalism at the Radisson hotel.  Valerie you were a pleasure to work with and I truly felt like we had been friends forever.  Thank you all for making  our wedding day everything we could have hoped for.

The wedding sales director was the reason why we chose the Radisson Hotel banquet facilities for our wedding. The customer service that we received was fantastic. We had also made appointments with other facilities but the greeting from you made it all worth booking. Your smile, your kindness, everything…you were so willing to work with us. When you called for the food tasting everyone involved was great. They came to you face to face; the manager of the facilities, the Maitre D’ and your assistant. There was great food and we had a wonderful time. I did not want to go anywhere else. Much praise and thanks to the Radisson.

Love,
Jimmy and Susangail

I looked at about 10 venues for my wedding day and went to 4 food tastings. I'm a tedious bride. It essentially came down to two venues. Both had great ambiance. Both had similar packages. I chose the Radisson of Freehold for the following reasons:

#1.  The food! Matt and I setup a food tasting prior to booking and the food was amazing. No other place that we tried compared to the food at Freehold.

#2.  Customer service! I really felt comfortable with both Amy and Val and knew I would enjoy planning my wedding (ceremony and reception) with both of them. And I was happy to know that Amy and /or Val had references to help me find services in the area if needed.

#3.  The cleanliness! All the rooms (the lobby, the atrium, the restaurant, the Emerald room and the bridal suite) were very clean and had no *funky* odors. I felt that all my guests, as well as my wedding party, would be very well accommodated at the high standard that I not only require for myself *and my groom* but also for them.

#4.  The Emerald Room! I'm having under 100 people but still wanted a pretty, elegant style and I will admit that those chandeliers won both me and my mother over! I also felt that it provided for some very beautiful pictures which is one of my top priorities for my wedding venue. I was happy to see the outdoor area for pictures near the fountain and in the reception area as well.

I can’t wait for my wedding!

All I can say is that from the time I walked into your catering office to choose a date and right up to the day of the party this had to be the easiest planning I have ever experienced. Amy had many suggestions that I never would have thought of which were so helpful to me. Everything I asked for was granted and accomplished graciously.

The food was excellent, the wait staff was courteous and quite pleasant, the room looked fabulous and the cake was beautiful, not to mention delicious. All my guests raved about how wonderful a job your staff did in providing us with a fabulous affair. I can't forget to mention Valerie who also helped me with the final arrangements. Both Valerie and Amy were a joy to work with in all phases of the preparation.

Thank you to the entire staff that was involved with my party… this was a job well done!! I will not hesitate to come back to the Radisson and will certainly recommend you to anyone.

Sincerely,
Eileen Aronson

I wanted to take a minute and let you know how much I appreciate all of the time and commitment you dedicated to making Zach's Bar Mitzvah a perfect day of celebration for our whole family.  I know that you both customized the menu, the decor and the layout to make all of my requests happen. I must not forget to compliment you on your polite and attentive staff members who were right there to accommodate my guests all day.

It was amazing to me that, when we arrived at the Radisson, the party was in full gear, the room was decorated, and the food was all set up… just like I’d envisioned in my head! You made my vision come to life. Thank you for everything. We all really had a fabulous weekend and the Radisson was there the whole way through to support us.

All our love and many thanks,
The Jay Family

I just wanted to say thank you for everything. The both of you were so helpful and involved during the planning process - you really kept my sanity. You are both so professional, friendly, and accommodating, I couldn't have asked for more. Trust me, I will be recommending your venue to anyone I know who is getting married!

When I first saw the Freehold Radisson online, I instantly fell in love with the place. I looked around further, but no other place in the area could compare. I made an appointment to check it out in person just to make sure it was how it appeared on the website. To my surprise, the pictures don't do the Crystal Ballroom justice. The chandeliers were absolutely gorgeous and the layout was perfect. I believe my husband and I were there for five minutes before signing that contract.

The planning process was so smooth. Amy and Val were there every step of the way. They both responded very quickly and were easy to reach with any questions I had. They both kept in contact with me and really made me feel like I was the only person getting married there. I really can't express how awesome they are.

The day of went great. When my Matron of Honor's zipper broke, I panicked for a second and called Amy. She actually sewed the back of the dress for us. I don't know what we would've done without her there! Crisis adverted thanks to her!! Everything from there went great. We had the ceremony inside and it went perfectly. After it was over, Amy comes up, congratulates us and then asks, "Cocktail?" It's like she read my mind!

Everyone raved about the cocktail hour. There was so much food everywhere and people were very impressed! I had a couple people ask me if that was dinner and I had to explain that they had more food coming at the reception. Speaking of which, people loved that as well! The dance floor was huge and guests partied the whole night away. My husband is a big Yuengling fan and the tap wasn't working at the bar. Instead of the staff saying "sorry", they went to the lounge and grabbed him some bottles to keep at the bar just for him. Absolutely awesome of them!!

We also had the Viennese desserts and I highly recommend it. My guests were blown away with how much was there. Everyone from 8 to 90 loved it. At the end of the night, people were escorted out without feeling like they were being "kicked out". The room was just as it's pictured on the website. It was huge and the bed so comfortable. We had a gigantic shower with the rain head; it made me feel like we were staying in a posh hotel in the city.

Overall it was perfect. Amy and Val made me feel so comfortable and we were able to chit chat like friends. All the employees were incredible! I definitely recommend this place to anyone. The grounds are beautiful and the coordinators are just heaven.

Dear Amy and Val,

Where can I even begin? Without the two of you, my wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. From the moment we corresponded through email about setting up a date to tour The Crystal Ballroom, I knew that I wanted to share my wedding experience with you. The two of you really got to know who I was, who my husband was and who our families were and made sure that any suggestion or recommendations were something that we would like.  When we told you our wedding needed to be Kosher style and we needed to find different items for the cocktail hour, it wasn't even a problem. The chef was made aware of my food allergy and did everything to make sure that nothing was put out that I could be allergic to.

Both of you made yourselves available to me 24/7 and I couldn't have asked for two more competent, helpful, caring women whose only goal was to make sure that my wedding day went off without a hitch. There were back up plans and I never had to worry about anything that The Crystal Ballroom was in charge of. From the moment we booked with you till the end of the cocktail reception, you were both a part of my big day and I will be eternally grateful that I had both of you throughout all the planning.

Please feel free to use me as a reference to any bride who is contemplating booking their wedding at The Crystal Ballroom. I would be happy to tell them how you make fairy tales come true.

With Deep Appreciation,
Nikki and Assaf Langer

Hello ladies!
I sincerely am so happy that we chose the Radisson of Freehold for our wedding. You both were so helpful and pleasant throughout this very hectic time - it made me feel so at ease. We both want to thank you so much for your assistance in the planning of our wedding. The food was delicious and our Maitre D’ was awesome. He took care of everyone and it made our night so memorable. We will definitely think of The Radisson for any of our banquet needs in the future. Again thank you so much.

I just wanted to drop an email to thank you both for everything. The wedding was beautiful and all of our guests had a wonderful time. We very much appreciate how attentive you’ve been to our needs, even calling to proactively address our concerns about the food well in advance of the date. I know we had many, many questions but you two were always so patient and helpful throughout the process. We will be happy to recommend your venue to anyone we know who might need such services. As soon as I hear about an engagement and that someone is looking, that I’ll be encouraging them to go in and speak with you.

The ceremony site was truly breathtaking. Both in my memories and in photos; the waterfall, the planted flowers, the palm trees, and my mother’s arrangements and bouquets made a scene fit for a Hollywood screen!

The food was delicious – especially cocktail hour! Please send our compliments to the chef. I was really proud of hosting such a well-organized, well-prepared event. Overall, I was extremely surprised and pleased with the entire experience. Not to say I expected mediocre service, but you guys really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodate our every need. Thank you so much.

Thanks again for everything,
Jane Park

My son had his wedding reception at the Crystal ballroom. Everything was fantastic!!! The cocktail hour was off the charts. There was so much food and everything was delicious. We had 250 people and everything went perfectly. The room was beautiful and the servers were great. It was a pleasure working with Amy and Val and they did everything to make sure we were happy and things were the way we wanted them. I am a very fussy person and I can honestly say I was thrilled with how wonderful everything was! People that stayed at the hotel were very pleased and remarked how comfortable the beds were!

The Radisson Hotel of Freehold was the perfect place to have our July 2009 wedding!!!!!! We just got back from our honeymoon and all our conversations with family and friends upon our return are about our beautiful, classy, romantic, elegant, and fun wedding at the Radisson Hotel of Freehold's Crystal Ballroom. Our guests can't say enough about the wait staff, the food, the atmosphere... it all worked so seamlessly. If you are wondering where a great place to have your wedding would be, read this and take our advice: the Radisson Hotel of Freehold is fantastic in every way.

We'll start with the Catering Sales Director and Catering Sales Coordinator that worked with us there (hi Amy and Val!). They are so professional and friendly. They answered all of the questions we had, even if we asked the same one ten times throughout the process. They double and triple checked everything to make sure that when our day came it was exactly how we envisioned it. Amy and Val were always available. We could call and/or email anytime and they always got back to us right away. Amy went through all the menu choices with us, which were plentiful (especially for the cocktail hour). When we went for our food and cake tasting we were really happy with how everything tasted. Amy even mixed and matched the cake and fillings for us so that we could have the exact combination we wanted.

The cocktail hour (from what we hear since we were busy taking pictures) was awesome. The food was so good and abundant that a guest asked one of our dads if “this was the meal, or was there actually going to be a dinner on top of all this food?!” And once the reception started we and our guests had a blast partying the night away on the Crystal Ballroom’s huuuge dance floor. The Radisson even kept the hotel lounge bar open after the reception so that we could continue the celebration.

We had a large number of out-of-town guests and they couldn’t say enough about the room accommodations. Comfortable, clean, and elegant… we were happy to have our guests stay at the Radisson. Check-ins and check-outs all went smoothly. Our bridal suite came with the wedding package. At the end of the night when we went into our room the staff had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us, along with a few of our monogrammed cocktail napkins we had made up for the wedding.

Amy, Val, and Yaron made working with the Radisson easy. By the end of the process they felt like old friends. They really cared and were excited about our special day. We felt confident that everything was going to be wonderful on our day, and they were a huge part of that. If you are thinking of a venue for your wedding reception (and ceremony), or any other event, the Radisson Hotel of Freehold is an awesome place. We are sooo happy we chose it and we just can’t wait to see all the pictures with the Radisson as our gorgeous backdrop for our special day!

My daughter's wedding reception was held in the Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson Hotel of Freehold on Saturday, May 16, 2009. In one word, it was "Spectacular." The entire staff, including front desk, housekeeping, catering, kitchen, wait staff, etc. really cared about us and gave us tremendous service for our special event.

The wedding coordinators, Maitre d’ and general manager attended to all details and accommodated all our requests. As this was my first child to be married, I had high expectations for a reception venue, and the Radisson met all of them. The entire staff rose to the occasion and made my wife and me very happy parents on our daughter's wedding day.

Specifically, the cocktail hour was superb, the dinner was exceptional and the ballroom quite comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. Many of our guests commented that they enjoyed themselves immensely and that our affair was the best wedding reception they ever attended. I have to concur with that sentiment. We also reserved several suites and had out-of-town guests staying at the hotel for all the wedding events. This worked out quite well and the hotel amenities were great, too.

If you are planning a major social event, consider the Radisson Hotel of Freehold for your special event. You won't be sorry!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I cannot say it enough to express the fabulous job the entire staff at the Radisson did for my daughter Kim’s wedding. Every last person had nothing but good things to say.

From the moment we booked the hall until the night of the event, you catering coordinator Val was there to help.  She was always reassuring and pleasant no matter how many changes or problems arose.  I cannot express how grateful both Kim and I are to her.  The day of the event she even went so far as to place the flowers on the cake.  Your Maitre d’, Yuron, was exceptional… he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly like we wanted it.  He attended to our every need, making sure that things went as planned.

As for the ceremony and reception, it was absolutely perfect.  The hall was beautiful and I have received nothing but complements about the fantastic food and great service.  To sum it all up, it was the wedding my daughter had always dreamed of.  Thank you all, and a special “Thank You” to Val and Yaron.

Sincerely,
Mrs. Ann Howell
