Our Favorite New Jersey Bridesmaids Fashions

August 7, 2015 | Posted in Weddings

They’ve dutifully helped unwrap gifts at your bridal shower, thrown you an unforgettable bachelorette party, and tried on a dozen (if not more) dresses for you. Time to show your bridesmaids a little love.

In honor of the women who will be standing at your side on your wedding day, we’ve rounded up some of our favorite fashion trends. From head to toe, here are some ideas from our Crystal Ballroom and other brides that we adore.

Just as important as the dress is how you and your maids look while getting glamorous on the big day. Silk robes are a wildly popular gift for bridesmaids. Robes are super cozy, customizable to your wedding colors, and just something for your maids to feel gorgeous in while they get ready. And of course, when you’re all gathered in the chic bridal suite at the Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson in Freehold, NJ, it makes for an unforgettable photo, like these two Central New Jersey weddings below:

One dress color with slightly different styles (whether it’s necklines, straps, belting, or hemlines) is a perfect way to ensure your girls feel and look their best but still all match up. Or, pick two colors that play off each other (like our one bride did below) for an elegant but unique twist on the bridesmaids’ gowns.

For the truly offbeat bride who may not want all the frills, consider a relaxed dress code for your bridesmaids. Set a few basic rules – same length, similar color family, matching shoes – and see what happens. Your full length white gown would look absolutely radiant against a rainbow of colors.

Don’t underestimate the power of matching accessories, hairstyles (like these Crystal Ballroom bridesmaids below!) or shoes to pull a look together. Even if the gowns aren’t the same, bridesmaids with matching accessories can truly pull the look together.
