    Elizabeth Benney, Catering Director

    Maria Alvarado

    Maria Alvarado, Catering Sales Coordinator, started at Hotels Unlimited in 2020 with Room Sales. While she loved the opportunity to learn, explore creative opportunities, and build lasting relationships, her passion always lied with weddings which is why she was thrilled when she was promoted to Catering Sales Coordinator in 2021! It’s easy to see why couples adore Maria. Her warm, loving personality shines through on every tour, and she’s determined to make sure you’re 100% comfortable with every decision in the planning process. “I don’t want you to stress about anything. Leave the worrying to us! Our priority is to treat your wedding like it’s our own.” In her free time, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, her dog, and staying active. Bonus: Maria is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish fluently!

    Erik Schacht

    Erik Schacht, Banquet Manager, has been in the hospitality industry for over 14 years. What started as just a job to make some money while in school, quickly turned into passion that he knew he wanted to pursue as his career path. Lucky for us, Erik discovered Hotels Unlimited through a local career fair and has been a part of the team since November 2018. His kindness, caring personality, and meticulous attention to detail are why our clients adore him. “When a couple tells me I made their dreams come true, it makes everything worth it.”

    John Anderson

    Chef John Anderson, Executive Chef, has been with Hotels Unlimited since 2017 and has an extensive background in crafting culinary masterpieces at hotels in Philadelphia, Atlantic City, San Francisco, Pasadena, and Florida just to name a few! What does he love most about his job? “Every day is a different challenge. It keeps things fresh and allows me to really delve into my skillset.” Other than being a skilled chef, he was a Pop Warner football coach for 17 years and coached in the Pop Warner Super Bowl in Disney World! In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his four-legged friend, Dozer, and cheering on his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles.

    Tyler Tavares

    Tyler Tavares, Room Sales Coordinator, has been with Hotels Unlimited since 2020 and worked at several of our properties. Ever since he was little, Tyler knew he wanted to work in the hospitality industry. He even went to work with his mom and assisted with her manager duties! Tyler’s strengths include his communication skills, being highly organized, and his positivity. “Working with a great team, meeting people from all around the world, and making sure every guest is having an exceptional stay is what I love most about this position,” explains Tyler. His advice for couples planning their big day? “Sit back, relax, and enjoy your moment. You’re in great hands!

    Samantha Biondi

    Samantha Biondi, General Manager, has been with us since 2005.  She loves working with people and is known for her attention to detail.  Samantha’s passion is making sure every event runs smoothly and that every detail is just right.  If you were to ask Samantha’s advice on what makes a successful wedding, she would say, “Just relax and enjoy your day and leave the rest to us – it goes fast.”  Samantha’s favorite wedding themes are ALL OF THEM… she takes pride in ALL her events and gives the utmost respect to all.  With Samantha at the helm of your event, you can rest assured it will not only be a memorable one, but also a success.

    Lexi Vogel

    Lexi Vogel, Operations Manager, has been with Hotels Unlimited since 2016. She started as a front desk associate, was promoted to Catering Sales, and recently became the hotel’s operations manager! With experience in so many areas within the hotel and banquets, it’s easy to see that Lexi loves working with people. She loves making sure every event is extra special and that everything goes as planned. Lexi says, “This makes it much more rewarding to see their happy faces light up on their special day!” Her biggest strength is, you guessed it, keeping a smile on her face no matter what!

    • Everything was perfect from start to finish!! I fell in love with the venue and a few days after my tour, I booked! When COVID came, I was very nervous about how the venue was going to proceed with postponements. They were so accommodating and allowed me to postpone with zero hassle. From the booking, to the postponement, to the menu detailing, they were quick to answer all of my questions and provided guidance and clarity during so much uncertainty. Their generous and caring attitude made me realize that my event was in good hands and that I had nothing to worry about! All of our family and friends raved about how amazing the Cocktail Hour food and service was and I agree! Prior to the reception, they brought my fiancé and I into the ballroom so that we could see it all set up and it was absolutely beautiful. They checked in with us throughout the duration of the reception to ensure that we were satisfied with everything. The servers were phenomenal and made sure that all of our guests were taken care of.     • Everything was elegant and above our standards. The royalty service that we received allowed us to see why The Knot considered this venue the best for weddings. I attended my friend’s reception here a few years ago and was impressed, but being on the other side as the bride, I was taken away. Having the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one location was convenient for our out of town travelers. Our guests kept saying that they never have attended a wedding like ours!
